Who we are. This website is operated by Red Rocks Home Buyers LLC, a Colorado real estate investment company. We are real estate investors, not licensed real estate agents, brokers, attorneys, or financial advisors, and we purchase properties for investment purposes.

No advice. Content on this site is general information, not legal, tax, or financial advice. Decisions about foreclosure, probate, taxes, or whether to sell should be made with appropriate licensed professionals.

Offers. Any preliminary offer communicated by phone or online is an estimate subject to verification of property condition and title. A binding agreement exists only upon a written purchase contract signed by both parties. All offers reflect as-is investment value and may be below retail market value.

Agency relationships. If your property is currently listed with a real estate agent or subject to any brokerage or representation agreement, you must disclose this to us before entering a contract. We are not responsible for commissions owed under agreements you hold with third parties.

Website use. You agree not to misuse the site, submit false information, or interfere with its operation. The site is provided "as is" without warranties, and our liability arising from use of the site is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
