Red Rocks Home Buyers is a Colorado real estate investment company run by Alex. We buy houses directly from owners across the Denver Metro, Colorado Springs, and Northern Colorado. Sometimes we renovate them ourselves, and sometimes we complete the purchase with one of our local investor partners. Either way your price never changes, you deal with us from the first call to the closing table, and we tell you in writing before you sign if a partner will take title.

I'm hands-on with every property — I'll be the one who picks up the phone, comes to your house, and walks you through the numbers. I'd rather buy fewer houses the right way, with sellers who feel good about how it went, than chase volume. If selling to me isn't the best move for you, I'll tell you that too.
